This article aims to analyze contemporary challenges and perspectives related to copyright in the context of Artificial Intelligence, taking into account legal, technological, ethical, and social dimensions. The objective is to examine current issues surrounding AI-generated works and to propose potential solutions and directions for legal development in this area.
