Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into Human Resource Management (HRM) is transforming organisational practices with the expectation of enhancing effectiveness, innovation and strategic adaption. This paper explores the multifaceted impacts of AI in HRM with industry leader insights coupled with scholarly research. This paper synthesizes existing literature and empirical studies. The paper spells out the challenges, opportunities, and innovative solutions emerging from the application of AI into HRM. The paper also offers insight into the dynamic field of AI-driven HRM practices. The paper will examine how AI is influencing HRM, involving upskilling and preparedness to leverage benefits. The study reveals the relation between AI in HRM and improvement in the employee experience and engagement, thus promoting more value adding outcomes in organizational success and flexibility.
