Virtual team effectiveness: The role of knowledge sharing and trust

A conceptual model is proposed which hypothesizes a relationship between knowledge sharing, trust, collaboration, and team effectiveness in virtual team settings and suggests that knowledge sharing positively influences trust and collaboration among virtual team members.
