User Education and Computer Literacy Skills as Determinants of Electronic Resources Use Among Undergraduate Students in State Universities in South-West, Nigeria

The results indicated that nearly all the electronic resources were grossly not available and only few were available when the need arise; students had low frequency of usage as regard electronic library resources; there is a positive non-significant relationship between user education and the use of electronic resources among undergraduate students of state university in South-west Nigeria.
