Understanding Antibiotic Resistance Using Different Machine Learning Approaches

This paper discusses about various broadly used machine learning strategy including Naive Bayes Classifier, KNN, Multilayer Perceptron, Random Forest, and Decision Tree to characterize the clinical information to classify whether a given sample is protected from a particular anti-infection or not.
