Trust in a specific technology: An investigation of its components and measures

This study contributes to the literature by providing a framework that differentiates trust in technology from trust in people, a theory-based set of definitions necessary for investigating different kinds oftrust in technology, and validated trust intechnology measures useful to research and practice.
