Abstract
The paper reports the case of a 7-year-old girl with recurrent suppurative thyroiditis, associated with a fourth branchial arch cyst and pyriform sinus fistula. After several episodes initially treated with corticosteroids, the diagnosis was confirmed by imaging. The patient underwent antibiotic therapy followed by surgical excision, with complete resolution.
