Abstract

Blockchain technology has become a game-changer in the business world giving companies new ways to keep things safe and open. This paper examines the role of blockchain in modern commerce, focusing on its influence in major areas such as supply chain management, e-commerce, financial transactions and regulatory compliance. By design, the blockchain provides a decentralized and irreversible laser system that reduces data raids, fraud and unauthorized access. In supply chains, it enables end-to-end visibility and real-time tracking, ensures the honesty of the product, and improves trust in the shareholders. In the e-commerce area, the blockchain promotes safe and transparent pear-to-pear transactions while reducing relying on the intermediary. Smart contracts make major business operations more automatic and safer, such as payment processing and delivery verification. Blockchain benefits the financial industry through fast-priced and more secure cross-border payments, as well as improved record-cropping and fraud restrictions. In addition, the blockchain supports regulatory compliance by maintaining transparent and auditing records, ensuring data integrity and facilitating identification verification. Increasing data-transplanted business environment relieves growing anxiety around digital security and administration. Overall, this research concludes that blockchain has a variable capacity to increase security and transparency in the business sector. Its constant evolution and integration is important for creating a more flexible, reliable and efficient system in the global economy.
