Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of automation and artificial intelligence (AI) on the international labor market in the context of digitalization. The work examines key aspects of changes caused by the introduction of new technologies, including the transformation of the structure of the labor market, changes in qualification requirements and the emergence of new professions. The study is based on an analysis of literature sources, comparative analysis of data from different countries, as well as case studies of successful practices and expert assessments. The article's main findings confirm that automation and AI are driving significant changes in the labor market, including job losses in traditional industries and the creation of new opportunities in high technology. The need for comprehensive educational initiatives and workforce retraining is emphasized. The article offers practical recommendations for the development and implementation of vocational training and retraining programs, as well as for improving cooperation between government agencies, educational institutions and business. In addition, the article identifies limitations of the study, such as the lack of data from developing regions and the difficulty of assessing long-term effects. For further research, it is recommended to focus on studying the impact of automation and AI on specific sectors of the economy and regions, as well as on assessing the effectiveness of existing retraining programs.
