The Evaluation of a Web-Based Incident Reporting System

Evaluating a Web-based reporting system in Taiwan revealed that senior nurses were less willing to report events, nurses on internal medicine units had higher satisfaction than others, and lowest satisfaction was related to the time it took to file a report.
