Abstract

The relevance of studying human resource potential is conditioned by the sharp increase in the role of individuals’ creative and intellectual qualities as a strategic asset in the post-industrial economy. The aim of the research is to theoretically conceptualize the multi-layered nature and structural interconnections of human resource potential, which is achieved through a comparative analysis of classical and modern approaches. The research methodology is based on the principles of historical-logical and systems analysis, which made it possible to consider potential as a dynamic category.

The main findings indicate that human resource potential is not a simple sum of elements, but an organic system in which psychophysiological, educational, and motivational components form a synergistic whole. The scientific novelty lies in defining the essence of human resource potential as the capacity for the reproduction of individual freedoms, digital adaptability, and social responsibility. The practical significance of the results lies in the development of conceptually new approaches to human capital management, where priority is given to the qualitative reproduction of potential and the provision of social synergy.
