THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT IN PUBLIC HOSPITALS IN ETHIOPIA

The study revealed that bureaucratic organizational culture was the most dominant culture type prevailing at public hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and public hospitals are recommended to give more emphasis on improving the innovative and supportive culture instead of bureaucratic culture.
