Abstract

Standard digitalization is key to enhancing quality and efficiency across the entire process of intelligent manufacturing, from design and production to process optimization. To enable the transformation from traditional standards to machine-readable standards, this study explores and constructs a structured implementation path for machine-readable standard texts. The approach employs OCR technology for preprocessing, layout recognition, and information extraction, constructs a universal standard information model and standard tag set based on extensible standard tagging technology, develops mapping rules to enable batch conversion of standards, and conducts standard verification to ensure the accuracy of digital standards. This creates a closed-loop workflow encompassing "preprocessing-information extraction-model construction-structured conversion-standard verification", laying a solid foundation for the deep integration of digital standards with intelligent manufacturing and advancing the paradigm shift towards "standard-as-application" in smart manufacturing.
