Task force report and recommendations

The DATABASE for Advances in Information Systems is pleased to announce the publication of the first issue of the ACM-SIGMIS, which aims to provide an accessible, flexible, and timely forum for information on both well-researched topics and those less common, perhaps leading-edge, topics which may not yet have found their way into the literature.
