Abstract
Climate change is an important global challenge that affects environmental, social, and economic dimensions. Managing this issue requires innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that combine modern technologies with human-centric approaches. This article addresses the integration of Design Thinking (DT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT) as an integrated framework for climate action, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG). DT presents a user-centric method for identifying problems and developing solutions, whereas IoT enables real-time monitoring of environmental parameters. AI uses data analytics and predictive models to produce actionable insights about sustainable practices. The paper outlines the roles of DT, AI, and IoT, reviews their applications in climate action through existing literature, and proposes a comprehensive integrated framework. Some examples of climate solutions are disaster early warning systems, energy-efficient urban environments, and sustainable agriculture. This article highlights the urgency of comprehensive, adaptive, and integrated solutions to reduce the impacts of climate change and foster a sustainable future.
