Social Digital Discourse : New Challenges for Corpus-and Sociolinguistics

It is shown that social digital discourses can enrich the discussion of linguistic concepts as they pose new challenges for linguistic researchers – but they also offer new opportunities, to link new forms of discourse with old linguistic sub-disciplines, in particular corpus and sociolinguistics.
