Smart Contracts, Blockchain and Land Registry

The Commission calls on the Commission to explore the improvement of traditional public services, including the digitalisation and decentralisation of public registries, land registry, licensing, citizen certification and migration management, and DLT applications that improve processes related to the privacy and confidentiality of data exchanges.
