SINGULAR CUBIC CURVE BASED PKC: AS SECURE AS FACTORING

This paper proposes a public key cryptosystem that is as secure as factoring and based on the singular cubic curve over Z n and shows that the proposed scheme is about two times faster than that of the scheme given by Mayer et al for a 2-log n bit long message.
