Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource Management (HRM) represents a transformative development in educational institution administration. This research examines how AI technologies are revolutionizing HRM practices within Indian educational institutions, focusing on their implementation, impact, and future potential. Through a comprehensive analysis of current practices and emerging trends, this study explores the multifaceted ways AI enhances HR efficiency across various functions, from recruitment and selection to employee development and retention. Using a descriptive research methodology based on extensive secondary data analysis, we evaluate the scope, challenges, and opportunities presented by AI integration in educational HR management. Our findings reveal that while AI adoption offers substantial opportunities for process optimization and improved decision-making, educational institutions must carefully balance technological advancement with human-centric approaches to maximize benefits while maintaining the essential human element in HR management.
