Abstract
In the conventional land registration system of India, intermediaries, typically brokers, facilitate property transactions by handling the assembly and submission of physical documents for registration with government offices. However, this process is susceptible to document loss or tampering, as intermediaries possess the authority to access and alter paperwork. Our proposed solution involves the integration of smart contracts and Innovative Resistance technology, offering a more efficient, secure, and decentralized approach to land registration. By leveraging hyper ledger concepts, our system ensures transparency, integrity, and portability in transactions, thereby mitigating risks associated with corruption and fraud. This innovative system streamlines processes, eliminating the need for intermediaries and reducing the potential for document manipulation or loss. By relying on blockchain technology, it enhances the efficiency and reliability of land registration procedures, addressing long-standing challenges inherent in the traditional system. Blockchain is a peer-to-peer decentralized distributed Hyperledger technology that works without the use of a middleman third party, making the records of any digital asset transparent and immutable.
