REVIEW OF INFORMATION SOLUTIONS FOR PREPARING MANAGEMENT REPORTING BY CONSTRUCTION ORGANIZATIONS-DEVELOPERS

The purpose of this study is to review the available information solutions for the digitalization of developers’ activities, including the preparation of management reports. Currently, there are several tools on the market among information solutions (hereinafter referred to as IT solutions) for the digitalization of the full construction cycle, from the preliminary budget to the completion of the construction project and the transfer of the facilities to the shareholders. The digitalization of the construction process contributes to increased productivity, but it is important to choose the appropriate IT solution based on the needs of the developer, which are influenced by the specific features of the facilities, projects, and processes of the developer. The main result of this study is an overview of the most commonly used information systems by developers for preparing management reports, as well as recommendations on the priority areas for their use.
