Enforcement of the Criminal Law Regulation of the Blockchain Technology

The article is devoted to the study of the law enforcement and legal framing trends in the fight against crimes that have become widespread in the sphere of the blockchain functioning and the cryptocurrency turnover. On the basis of the study of the current law enforcement practice, directions for improving the Russian legislation with regard to the regulation of the criminal deterrence of offences in the field of the computer information and other criminal acts committed in this sphere are predicted and analyzed.
