Abstract
The global challenges of environmental sustainability and food security require innovative and sustainable solutions. This study explores the role of technological advancements in addressing these critical issues. Renewable energy technologies, smart grid systems, IoT-based environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), vertical farming, hydroponics, and blockchain technology are analyzed for their potential impacts. The findings reveal significant benefits, including reduced carbon emissions, increased energy efficiency, improved crop yields, enhanced resource use efficiency, and greater food supply chain transparency. These results underscore the importance of integrating advanced technologies to achieve environmental sustainability and food security, providing valuable insights for policymakers, businesses, and stakeholders.
