Research of the Food Texture Detecting System Based on LabVIEW

The food texture analysis instrument was improved based on LabVIEW which combined with the computer sys-tem integration and single chip technology to set up food texture detecting system and the test result shows that the experimental data are precise whilst the device is running stably.
