RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PRINCIPAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP PRACTICES AND TEACHER ICT COMPETENCY

The findings showed that teachers in Negeri Sembilan secondary schools perceived that their principals have highlevel of technology leadership and they also rated themselves as having high level of ICT competency.
