Relations among Learning Orientation, Innovation Capital and Firm Performance: An Empirical Study in Taiwan's IT/Electronic Industry

It can be seen from this study that three in four dimensions of learning orientation, open-mindedness, shared vision and intra-organizational knowledge sharing except commitment to learning, have apositive effect on innovation capital and the innovation capital also has a positive effect on firm performance.
