Project Management of Transfer from Space to the Earth: Supporting Open-Collaborative Projects in the Canadian Space Agency

Results show that the process of developing collaborative projects was not sufficiently supported by current ICT tools, and revealed the important role played by social dynamics in the first stages of product conceptualization to harness open collaboration in further development of projects.
