The objective of the present Thesis Project is to propose a Knowledge Management System for a Network and Infrastructure Services Company for Mobile Telecommunications Companies, with which it is proposed to manage the information and documentation available to the company, in such a way that the Information to become knowledge that is both centralized and properly managed.
