Abstract
We experimentally demonstrate that online reinforcement learning for autonomous mobile robots can be achieved using randomly mapped input signals to a photonic reservoir that employs intermodulation distortion of equally spaced subcarrier signals generated by a Mach-Zehnder modulator. ©2025 The Author(s)
