PENERAPAN SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN CALON PASANGAN IDEAL METODE SAW DAN WP

Advances in the field of Information Technology (IT) that have developed from year to year have brought very significant changes and benefits, including helping in decision making. Choosing a life partner is an important phase in human life, of course very serious planning and care is needed in choosing a partner. The many combinations of selection criteria for potential partners also create challenges and problems in this phase of life. Decision Support Systems (DSS) or Decision Support Systems (DSS) are part of a computer-based information system (including knowledge-based) that is used to support decision making in an organization or company. In this case, the DSS can provide objective recommendations based on choices and can be used as a tool and consideration for choosing a prospective life partner based on certain criteria. The DSS applied in this research uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Product (WP) methods. The combination of the SAW and WP methods in this study is expected to provide calculation result accuracy of 99%.
