Peer to Peer Information System Management

This document covers detailed restraints and requirements identified by the RFP SOW or identified to date by BBN as necessary to develop a system architecture that allows SOW-required management information transfer to be a securable, object-orientated infrastructure that treats the communicating parties as peers and optimizes according to information utilization and usage characteristics.
