Organizational aspects of the management process based on the systems approach, informatization and modelling

The presented scientific work has examined the modern features of the management process under the martial law conditions in Ukraine. Emphasis has been placed on the role of information in achieving the set goals by the enterprise management system. The main management process functions have been highlighted and their implementation peculiarities under the conditions of economic processes informatization have been determined.The main stages of the management process have been theoretically substantiated. A block model of preparation and making an effective management decision has been built, the forward and reverse relationships existing between the blocks for the management process optimization have been reflected.The role of executive’s professional qualities at different management levels in the entire system reaction to management decisions and in its successful functioning has been revealed. A scientific-methodical approach to management decision-making in conditions of risk and uncertainty has been developed.
