Organizational and Pedagogical Conditions for Career Guidance Work in a Pedagogical University Based on a Digital Footprint

The article examines the problem of developing a focus on the teaching profession in the context of the digital transformation of society. The authors analyse the terms “pedagogical conditions”, “organizational and pedagogical conditions”, identify and justify the organizational and pedagogical conditions for using the collection, processing and analysis of a student’s digital footprint to form the personalized development of students’ pedagogical orientation.
