An optical true time delay pool-based hybrid beam-forming (OTTDP-based HBF) scheme, enabling centralized analog beamforming control, is proposed for RIS-empowered mmWave C-RANs and a non-iterative limited feedback (NI-LF) precoding algorithm is developed.
