To the Editor: —In their article entitled "Notching of the Optic Chiasm by Overlying Arteries in Pituitary Tumors," published in the February, 1954, issue of theArchives, pages 161-170, Rucker and Kernohan presented five cases of pituitary tumors with damage to the chiasm by the circle of Willis.
