To assess perceptions of ethical climate, experiences of moral distress, and intentions to leave among healthcare professionals in Nordic pediatric oncology care, a survey of nurses, doctors, and midwives in Norway and Sweden finds that attitudes towards ethics and morality have changed in the past decade.
