Abstract
In the context of rapid digitalization in education, teachers at various levels, including vocational education instructors, face new challenges that require mastering digital technologies, methods, and approaches aimed at enhancing the quality of learning. This article focuses on analyzing the key aspects of preparing future masters in vocational education for professional activity within a digital educational environment. The purpose of the study is to substantiate a model for preparing masters in vocational education to organize the educational process in a digital context. Research methods include the analysis of regulatory frameworks, psychological-pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature, theoretical modeling, and the synthesis and generalization of professional-pedagogical education experience under conditions of digitalization. As a result, a model for master's degree students training in vocational education to organize the educational process in a digital environment was developed, comprising four interconnected blocks: goal-oriented, content-processual, technological, and outcome-based. The model for training master's degree students in vocational education to organize the educational process in a digital environment is based on the idea that such training is a process and the result of professional training, which combines the following in an integrative unity: moral and psychological readiness to organize the educational process in modern conditions; scientific, theoretical and practical readiness, such as possession of the necessary professional and pedagogical knowledge and skills, mastery of modern pedagogical and information and communication technologies; professional and personal readiness, manifested in the presence of personal qualities that contribute to the establishment of interpersonal contacts. The proposed model serves as a conceptual basis for modernizing master’s level education and aligns with the contemporary challenges of the digital society. Prospects for further scientific research are related to experimental verification of the effectiveness of the proposed model for training master's degree students in vocational education to organize the educational process in a digital environment in the practice of higher education institutions.
