Modeling Spatial Dynamics of Cyanobacteria in Lake Taihu by Data Mining Technique and Cellular Automata Approach

A model is developed, which embedded data-mining technique in a cellular automata configuration, so as to obtain the spatial-temporal dynamics of cyanobacteria blooms in Taihu Lake, which has very promising performance in capturing the temporal dynamics of algal biomass in the lake.
