Abstract
In the article there is stated that artificial intelligence is a powerful tool for transformation of education and study; however, its integration into the higher education system have to be based on a strategic approach encompassing all levels of the learning process. The aim of the article is to examine methodological approaches to integration of artificial intelligence tools and cloud technologies into the learning process of higher education institutions to enhance the effectiveness of the educational process and the development of digital competence among participants.
There are analyzed modern trends and key recommendations for the effective and responsible use of AI in the learning environment, with a focus on ethics, transparency, security, and the anticipation of potential risks. In the research results there are highlighted the attitudes, experiences, and level of readiness of higher education institution teachers to use AI in their professional activities. It is established that the application of artificial intelligence creates broad opportunities for deepening students' knowledge, improving quality of educational programs, modeling complex processes, using interactive tools, and developing critical thinking and analytical skills.Particular attention is paid to the benefits of AI for teachers – the automation of assessment, the creation of educational content, and expanded access to innovative resources, which contributes to the formation of a technologically rich and modern studying environment in higher education. Teachers of higher education institutions recognize the practical value of using artificial intelligence in the learning process, especially in increasing efficiency, individualizing learning, and developing key competencies. Overall, the results indicate a quite high level of understanding of the potential of AI among teachers. The main focus is on the possibilities of automating routine tasks, optimizing teaching activities, as well as promoting the development of higher education students through a personalized approach to learning.
