Masmédiá a výskum reprezentácií tiel a telesnosti v digitálnej ére

The body studies play a crucial role in broaden our understanding of social and cultural norms and behaviour. The aim of this article is to discuss the topics of interdisciplinary approach (the body studies and science and technology studies) and ethics of social responsibility in a research of representation of the body and embodiment in digital environment. The importance of the interdisciplinary approach is grounded in the nature of new media that can be understood as so-cio-technical artifacts.
