Managing urban stormwater for urban sustainability: Barriers and policy solutions for green infrastructure application.

The findings show that most of the barriers to GI stem from cognitive limitations and socio-institutional arrangements, and suggest 33 policies that can both overcome these barriers and expedite implementation.
