Live Meeting Insights and Action Automation

In the contemporary working environments, virtual conferencing has become a necessity. However, points of discussion and action that are of importance are easily lost because of using human notes taking and post meeting summaries. The proposed study is an AI-based application that provides transcription in real-time, detects tasks, and provides them automatically with a Chrome extension connected to a Python back-end. The system records live captions or audio through such platforms as Google Meet, processes them with the help of natural language processing algorithms, and generates a dynamic Minutes of Meeting (MoM) document in PDF. This is unlike the traditional solutions which only give the summary of the meetings, but in this case, emphasis is made on the assignment of tasks promptly and live documentation to enhance efficiency, accountability, and teamwork. The article states the advantages of combining AI, NLP, and task management APIs into one real-time process to address the increase of industry demand to make speedy decisions and take action in remote and hybrid workplaces.
