The educational formation of teachers is a necessity in the university arena, although not regulated by legislation, is especially relevant in the B -learning environments, where the number of resources increases and, therefore, also the possibilities to organize virtual environments where teachers’ and students’ roles take a different part than they do in the classroom. This training must have a custom character. This article presents some of the instructional strategies that online Law degree teachers can use that fit the competencies of both the degree and the student profile. We take an initial diagnosis of a teachers’ sample, to define the basis for what will be a special training plan for this teaching faculty, which aims to develop guidelines for other law schools with full online learning approach using platforms with a common interface.
