Knowledge Structure and Dynamic Evolution of Work Family Enrichment Research: a Visualized Analysis of Big Data Based on CiteSpace

Taking 326 studies on "work family enrichment" in Web of Science from 2007 to 2023 as data sources, big data analysis is carried out based on the status quo, hotspots and frontiers of the research on work family enrichment. Using CiteSpace visual analysis, it is found that the number of papers published by work family enrichment keeps fluctuating growth in general, but the total number of papers published is low; "Work-family balance" and "thriving at work" are the core hot issues in the research field of work family enrichment, that is, current research focuses on how to achieve dynamic balance in the work-family field and the bidirectional path of enrichment. Finally, it provides a systematic research concept and suggestions for the research on work family enrichment, and proposes that future research on work family enrichment can be combined with the characteristics of modern workplace, and carry out two-way research on different types of leaders, new generation of employees vs old employees, etc. At the same time, it can expand the dual-path two-way research parallel with the conflict path.
