TLDR
The ability of control of vanilla endophytic bacteria isolated from samples from Corcovado, Puriscal, Dota and Guapiles, by testing in vitro antagonism between asylee bacteria and fungus F. oxysporum, gives results about promising candidate B1M11 to respond to pathogen attack, which was corroborated by the appearance of a halo of inhibition of fungal growth on plate.
