Intelligent Analysis of Ukrainian-Language Tweets of Regional Public Opinion Study and Management

The paper considers the problems of public opinion research in Ukraine (cost, vulnerability, short-term) and develops a system that allows bypassing these problems by automating and digitalizing research based on the analysis of Ukrainian-language tweets. The functional capabilities of the developed system are presented, which include the preparation and display of graphs of public opinion statistics such as trends, and positive and negative topics of Ukrainians. These statistics are a relevant source of information that can be used for the benefit of Ukraine.
