Integrating Enterprise Resource Planning vendor evaluation into a proposed ERP selection methodology

This study pinpoints the absence of any literature on the vendor's process of analysing, designing, developing and delivering the ERP system and identifies the need for a selection methodology that includes a targeted set of criteria covering these areas, thus providing a holistic approach and increasing ERP selection process' efficiency.
