Abstract
An automatic wellness tracking system uses heart rate, temperature, and SpO2 sensors to assess the body’s condition in real time. The technology regularly examines these crucial traits and alerts users to abnormal findings, such as irregular heartbeats. If any serious health anomalies are discovered, an automated external defibrillator (AED) is activated to provide shock treatment, prompting a prompt response. Blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, and breathing rate are among the vital indicators that must be monitored during patient triage and care. However, these examinations typically involve many sensors put in different bodily sites. The purpose of this study is to evaluate blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate (HR) and temperature both at rest and while walking. Last but not least, significant developments in system design have been covered. Present problems for healthcare practitioners and possible obstacles to the field of health monitoring will also be noted and contrasted with those of other comparable systems.
