Improvement of an internet-based voluntary reporting system of nursing errors

Based on the hospital information system, the reporting mode, reporting contents and reporting methods of the internet-based voluntary reporting system of nursing errors were designed and the nurses' safety awareness was strengthened and no adverse nursing events occurred.
