Implementation of a Web-Based Complex Formula Editor
Implementation of a Web-Based Complex Formula Editor

Abstract
The difficulty of web-based mathematical formula editing increases because it does not support real-time character editing nor accurate handwriting recognition nor seamless database integration for mathematics. Existing solutions often require users to re-enter entire formulas when making corrections, rely on static input methods, or demand knowledge of LaTeX, limiting accessibility for students, researchers, and engineers. The proposed Web-Based Complex Formula Editor enables users to edit individual characters of the formula in real-time so they can change specific formula sections directly without having to re-enter the entire expression. By integrating AI-powered handwriting recognition and structured format conversion (MathML, LaTeX), the system ensures highly accurate symbol recognition and dynamic expression editing. A modern web technology solution with AI-driven methods helps connect usability with computational efficiency to create a versatile userfriendly tool for typing digital mathematical content.
